The cult classic 80's hit movie "Back to the Future" has produced a lot of future technological wonders that have captivated audiences through the years but there is one thing that most of us overlook - the newspaper. What's so special with the news?

Although there is nothing different in the "Hill Valley Telegraph" as it is made of the same paper like our daily newspaper, there is something that sets it apart. The news change whenever Marty McFly and Doc Emmett Brown make a defining decision that changes the outcome of their lives.

There was one headline where Doc was declared insane and later changed when they rectified the situation with the headline mentioning "Emmett Brown Commended." Interestingly, the same newspaper mentioned that President Richard Nixon was seeking his fifth term as he vows to end the Vietnam War in 1985!

There is a space zombie in Hill Valley? The Telegraph mentioned a farmer named Otis Peabody, who was later put in county asylum after seeing an alien in his barn. Talk about alien conspiracy theory.

A local bully Biff Tannen cracks the headline when he won the biggest gambling prize money (possibly betting on the Kentucky Derby) again.

Another shocking headline was when Marty's father George was murdered (presumably by Tannen's henchmen). By this time, Biff has already accumulated his fortune through sports betting thanks to a sports almanac in the future. He later married George's wife thereby making him Marty's step-father.

But the most interesting newspaper in the series remains the 2015 "USA Today" issue. Aside from the headline mentioning Marty McFly Jr. getting arrested by the police, the other news may have been predictions made in their time and it was 30 years before it should have happened. Here are a couple of news that may or may not happen:

- Princess Diana never became Queen as she died in a fatal car crash in Paris in 1997.
- Chicago Cubs swept the World Series against a Miami team (we have yet to see this).
- Although doping is an issue in major league sports, there is no bionic arm yet.
- Never heard of terrorists from ever-neutral Switzerland.
- The United States doesn't have 3 billion people.
- Cholesterol is not the cure for cancer.

In the alternate version, Biff's grandson got arrested. The rest of the news remained unchanged.
