Truly one of a kind, the Dynamic Tower skyscraper is a unique building with all 80 floors that would rotate through voice command. Italian designer David Fischer wanted to design a space where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the same room. How it works? The rotation take up to three hours powered by solar panels and wind turbines with one of which is located between each floor.

Whether it will be constructed or not, the Dynamic Tower will be unlike anything else as the only part of the structure that will be built on site will be its center core. It is strong and stable enough to keep the floors in place while its central port will house the elevators that will transport people and even cars to their door. Every floor will built piece by piece at a specialized factory in Italy. With such method, each story is completed in less than a week.

Expected to be completed by 2010, the $700-million prefab building remains on concept only due to the complexity of the design and the technology it is needed to function as it's originally envisioned. It was expected to be built in Dubai or Moscow.
