It is interesting to know that people in the 1960's were envisioning a future where robots clean our houses for us and not Terminators trying to kill us. If you live during the time of The Jetsons then you will probably think about flying cars and entire meals on a pill but there is one futuristic invention that is now cleaning our homes right now - the vacuum-cleaning robot.
No, not the robot househelper but an automaton than runs the length of our homes swallowing dust and foreign materials as it scours the length of the floor area. Think of it as a cartoon version of the iRobot Roomba.
And of course, it is now very much available.
If everything is automated then we don't have to work anymore, let the robots do all the work we do!
